There aren't exactly any principles, an Agnostic is just someone that isn't quite sure weather a divine presence exists or not. An Agnostic questions as much of reality as they can to find truth for themselves.

I believe you are mistaken in your perception of the spirit of an Agnostic. Principles and guidelines are instinctual, not prescribed. Beliefs are individual, not based on group think. Life is good and peaceful; no religion to fight about.

I know some agnostics whose life, beliefs, principles, and guidelines are the same as athiests. Don't know any agnostics who share beliefs of believers. but wouldn't the correct response to the question be, "I don't know."

Non-believers, and most who've studied ethical issues, have known for a long time that human morality can scarcely be attributed to this or that god, or religion. Principles are a product of human social existence. The most profound sense of morality is one that understands it has a value in and of itself. There is no need of punishments or rewards from gods or demons in order to do what's right.

And if you MUST have the gods in order to be moral, aren't you saying that it's external to you, an imposition on you, something that didn't come naturally to you, and that you ONLY have because the god demands it? As morality goes, that sounds pretty flimsy to me.

They vary from person to person. Agnostic means, in lehman terms, that you aren't sure if there is a god, or you aren't sure if god is entirely good.
