from your pharmacist when you get a prescription from your doctor...obviously you don't need it or you would know that. they don't sell it on the shelves at wal-mart....

I think in California, with a prescription only.
It is available also by prescription only in a capsule. It's called "Marinol". Its uses are mainly for nausea and appetite stimulation.

In Canada.
It's still illegal in the USA. Even if you DO manage to get, by some miracle, a prescription, you can still be arrested.
Not so in Canada.

You can't buy it, the doctor gives you a prescription & supplies you with the marijuana.
