My favorite recipe is my marinated grilled steak with grilled baby red potatoes and garlic bread. First marinate your favorite steak with a mixture of Lea & Perrins Worchestershire, soy sauce, garlic salt, Lawry's seasoning salt. Let them marinate in the mixture for at least a half hour, overnight if you have time is best though. For the potatoes, cut them up and season them with Lawry's seasoning salt, onion, and butter. Then wrap them up in foil and put them on the grill until they are tender and crispy on the outside. They take a long time, so start them before your steak. When they feel like they are almost done, then start your steak. I also like to make the garlic bread on the grill. You can buy the frozen kind and put it directly on the grill-they cook really fast, under 2 minutes.
