Yeah, when I was little we had this black guy come to our school on Friday and he would perform neat tricks like pulling a rabbit out of his hat and disapearing off the stage. Those were the days.

"Black magician" is a matter of definition.
Aleister Crowley, for example, considered the Holy Roman Catholic and Apostolic Church to be a bastion of black magicians. They, on their part, considered him to be a black magician, beyond any hope of redemption.
So, depending upon how you define "black magician", you may be able to locate one.
