I have this friend and we used to hang out me my friend and this guy and now when we all 3 hang out they exclude me what do I do?

Are your friend and this guy dating now? If this is the case you might be getting the old "third wheel treatment." Or it could just be the problem of there being three people. One person starts talking with another person, and the third person is left out. If they are dating, things might be a bit tough unless you bring a date and double-date. If your friend and the guy aren't dating, then try talking to one or both of them, and break in some when they talk with each other. If they still seem unreceptive, ask what's going on because you are feeling like a third wheel.

Let them know about it. They may not realize that they tend to ignore you. Based on their reaction you can tell what to do next. If they don't try to include you or laugh, then you may have to look for a new friend or group of friends to hang with. It could be they would like to spend quality time alone together and can't think of a polite way to ask you to step back for a while...
But communication is the key!

try to be 4 or 2 or more 3 or 5 is not good. believe me I have gone through this. This is insulting all the time.

Well just let them know that you fell left out. They can't read minds. Or maybe they are doing it on purpose. Ask them if you have done something wrong.

I had this same problem. so I decided to find another friend. it seems hard at first. but cant think of anything else to do.

Well, if it were me i'd say screw you to them and find new friends. but you're not me so just talk to them ab it!! Maybe they don't know how you feel. And if they keep on just do what i'd do!!!!
