Yes, both men and women (more frequently boys and girls) have "wet dreams". Because of the "plumbing" involved, boys' wet dreams are much wetter.
This is when you dream about sex and have an orgasm in your sleep. Boys will often wake up with a sticky substance on their sheets or underwear. This is semen. If a girl has a wet dream, she may have moistness between her legs. Many times a girls' wetdreams go unnoticed though, that's why many people think that girls don't have them.
Boys will often get embarassed about these dreams, and sometimes, if they don't know what's going on, they may think that they have peed themselves in the night.
Thing is, wet dreams are totally normal.

yes its normal. i don't believe you pee your pants that is fact. however you release what you would the same as you would having intercourse. thanks i hope this is help full considering it is normal.
