The fishing has gone from bad to worse in the last 10 years because of the uncontrolling bullhead problem. I need to be able to the fish and romove a porton of the bullhead.

This is not recommended, but in the past we shocked fish with a generator. We just hooked a cable up to it and threw the exposed end in the water. I don't know if the new generators have GFCI's on them, but if they do you may have a problem

We used to use a car battery hooked to two steel rods and when you put them underwater touch them together. If you really want a shocking day don't use gloves

Throw in a toaster or a hairdryer:) seriously maybe your DNR can help you with it.
