They have nothing better to do..no really.. they sit there all day and wait for you..secretly whisper "Here'eecomes" and WHAM they pull out..lol.. jk.. I really thing getting a drivers licence should come with an IQ test.. anyone under 106 (mines 126) CANNOT drive!.. That would get rid of 85% of the idiots..lol

If people ALWAYS pull out in front of you -- you must be invisbile, because EVERYBODY is not rude, or insensitive.
Try turning on your headlights.
Is your car a color that easilly blends with the pavement or whatever environment is around it? Try anything from paint, loud music, lights - anything that would make you more noticeable might help to solve this problem.
But I would first try just running with Headlights ON.

Warning, This is how i drive, just a suggestion:
When Ppl are ABOUT to pull in front of me, I honk at them or high beam to let them know to not pull in front of me because i'm accelerating. If you're driving slow, and they're driving faster than you, then its ok for them to cut in front of u safely. If ur accelerating while they're cutting in front of u, then, u should Honk at them, or highbeam them, or both at the same time.
I used to have an MR2 b4 i sold it for a "family friendly" car, and ppl would sometimes try to pass in front of me while accelerating, it throws me off, so, i just do what I do, honk n high beam. Then i had to get an Automatic tranny Sentra.. i drive it like my MR2..but it seems if im driving slower..i dont mind them cutting in front of me.

Do they sit & wait till you are almost upon them, then they
pull right out as if you were no where around? Yep, that's the
mindless driver!! They should have to have a flashing light
on the top of their cars! Be careful out there.
