If you can accept yourself the way you are, stay that way. If you are concerned about others impressions in public and wish to do some changing, then cut it all off! Wouldn't that really shake your friends up? Honestly, Be yourself.

shave the beard in french stlye and the length of the hair should be till your shoulders keeping the hippy image alive

Get a Flowbie. Do your own hair cuts with out costing you except for the initial purchase of the device. Plus you can use your clippings for your own pillows, cause aren't you all about recycling?
