I haven't. Whenever my family goes someplace far, we drive. So I told my friend this, and she was all like, "Oh my God!". How many other people have not been on a plane besides myself? I can't be the only one--well, I don't want to be the only one anyway.

TO ALL YOU NON-FLYER'S out there...

You MUST have one flight in your life.. It might just change things for you..

BUT !!! The only way to really experience it is sitting in the front seat of a single engine aircraft.

Go to your local airport and tell them you would like an "introductory lesson" This will make it as cheap as possible and YOU GET TO DO THE FLYING !!

And when you are in the big airliners you will have some idea what is happening up front.

You will love it or hate it but either way you will never forge it.

People should get to know what it is like to fly. There isn't a reason to be afraid, look at how many ppl fly everyday. And how often is it that you hear of something bad happening? Not very. Flying is actually really safe. I love flying and have been flying many times before and I plan on becoming a commercial airline pilot.

I have been on an airplane four times, but usually when I need to travel I cycle (on my pushbike).
