Talk directly with her oncologist and surgeon. They will have staff members that work directly with insurance companies. Ask her doctors (the more the better) to write letters to the insurance company. Many times, all it takes is an additional request because many insurance companies automatically deny the first claim. Contact the local chapter of the American Cancer Society for advise and information on consumer advocacy groups. Contact your state insurance commissioner office also. Check your local television, radio, and newspapers for consumer advocates or "action lines". As a cancer patient, I know how frustrating and frightening the waiting can be. It doesn't help when you are denied treatment because of your insurance carrier.

What does the Doctor tell you about when your sister should have her surgery? Cancer is not necessarily a death sentence. Some cancers are very viscious and need aggressive treatment and others are rather slow growing and can wait a month or so before being removed. I would consult with your sister's physician to see what needs to be done and when. The Insurance Company should not be making the medical decisions, the doctor is in charge. If he feels that it would be a risk for your sister to wait for her surgery, then he should go ahead with the surgery in spite of the insurance companies time plan. The patient's well being comes first.

that's prohibited for an agent to pay ANY area of a purchasers coverage correct price, no matter if the coverage is a sparkling one , or has been on the books for years. For an agent to pay the right price, that's named rebating. there is also a decrease as to the fee of any presents an agent grants his purchasers as a gesture of thanks. Rebating places an unfair drawback adverse to different brokers who will be competing for a similar agency. that's the reason that's prohibited, so an agent can not "purchase" the agency, and save different brokers from out of competition. i don't understand what you recommend once you're saying "money again coverage". There are "go back of correct price" time period regulations, although the go back of rates paid is on the right of the time period era, if the insured continues to be residing, which may be 10, 20, or 30 years, counting on the contract yet another type of coverage will be an entire existence or restricted Pay existence, which accumulates a money or personal loan fee. counting on the quantity of correct price, and the age at at the same time as the coverage replaced into issued, and how lengthy it replaced into paid on, that's conceivable to get all the rates again in the fashion of a money renounce. don't think an agent who grants to grant you any area of your correct price again with a view to get your agency. He/she is a bent human being to attempt this.
