fill the celery with cream cheese or peanut butter. it will be nice and is better than eating bread. hummus is nice and so is a chip dip. celery serves as a really good alternative to carbs. it is boring on its own though!

what's the big deal about celery well for one thing it's part of a great base for soup along with onion and carrots. two it's good for you. and three it's tasty.
