Genesis ends with the death of Joseph year 2368, after Adam[Moses will began to compile books from 2513 after Adam].
Job 1:1; 2:1-4; comes after Joseph and Moses is born in the year he dies,
Moses born year 2433. is age 80 Exo.7:7; in 2513, He is ready to take the heirs to the Promised Land [430 years after Abraham age 75 in 2083 after Adam, he was given the covenant ]; Exo.12:40,41[430]; Moses compiles Genesis, Job, Exodus, Leviticus. Numbers and Deuteronomy from 2513 after Adam to 2553[and it is evident that Abraham kept a very good record, so would have Isaac and Jacob, even from Noah and Shem who died 25 years before Abraham, all records very easy passed on];
So Joshua and heirs crossed the Jordan in 10th day of 2554. Judges 11:26; is 301 years after Moses 2553 [and the 10 days made it count 300? from Joshua], to 2854 and Ruth is in the right place with the family of king David, so 1 Samuel by Samuel 2883+ 80 = 2963 [Acts 13:20; Judges began with Moses 2513 + 450 = Samuel in 2963, has 20 years, he will anoint David as king and die 2983, and in 6 years after death of samuel David will be king [1077 - 40 = 1037], 1Sam.25:1 Samuel dies ]; Nathan and Gad finished it and 2 Samuel.
So Genesis, Job, Exodus, Leviticus, Numbers, Deuteronomy, Joshua, Judges, Ruth and 1Samuel to tenth book in 2983, after Adam is 1083 before Christ to 25:1; is the order, with 2Samuel next. Saul 2948 + 40 = 2989 + 40 David = 3029 + 40 Solomon = 3069 after Adam and 997 before Christ, with 18 Judah kings after Solomon to Daniel and Jeremiah with Ezekiel captive in Babylon 606 years before Christ.

Do you have a Bible? If so, just look at it. If not, they probably have one at your library. It can be a learning experience for you.
