I recently dined at BOZU - in Williamsburg - it's Japanese tapas,
it was so awesome! The do not use seaweed for the sushi.
The spicy tuna was great, they had a special salmon w/sea urchin it was delicious!
Have you tried Mizu Sushi on 20th St btwn Bwy and Park?
I heard NOBU was great too - but have not been...

Morimoto!!!
The Yahoo! Answers staff brought Morimoto's sushi in to the Brainiacs in the Big Purple Brain in Times Square Thursday night. It was so beautiful we were almost afraid to eat it... but then it tasted so amazingly good we couldn't put it down!
