They pretend to side with the american people on stopping the never ending flow of illegals mostly from mexico, yet they're pressuring congress to join them and okay an immigration bill that the majority of americans find it disgusting and will only bring millions of the same illegals in the future, and in all this mess George W Bush and the senate pat themselves on the back on how great they done on this country's security.Do they have a clue how bad it will get if that ridiculous immigration bill passes, didn't they learn a dam thing in 1986?

Don't forget McCain, who I was initially shocked to learn was a Viet Nam vet and not only that but a POW. Those three pompous assholes make me sick! I hate them as much as I do illegals in this country. I would like to smack their smug fat faces for trying so hard to give our country away. Our joke of a government is disfunctional, to say the least and it is appalling.

They are pretending that unlimited legal migration has a material difference in impact on our services and schools than does unchecked illegal immigration.

They are going to have a wake up call in November.

Did you hear that in Colorado they passed a measure to be voted on by citizens as to whether all benefits other than those mandated by federal law should be banned to illegals? The court struck it down saying it was more than one subject (under the Colorado constitution) and accordingly was too confusing to go on the ballot. They need a two thirds majority to override the court. The Governor (a Republican) has said he will call a special session. The Democrats quickly said, no, THEY would call a special session. While the session would definitely vote on the ballot measure, whoever calls it gets to set the agenda.

The Governor is expected to win because Democrats would need some Republican votes to get a special session. The Governor only has to order them back in session. Democrats and Republicans are tripping over themselves introducing state measures against illegal immigrants.

Some people have a clue what is going on. Others are introducing unpass-able bans on gay marriage.....

I have never seen a more pressing time in our history to get everyone out to vote to give people power over us in our communities to fight the will of Mexico over our nation.

This is a historic tradgey, if we still get to write our own history books in the future.

Dar, who never has any contact information, if you look at the studies on the impact of legal and illegal mass immigration, there is no difference, we're still in the toilet.

Anything Ted Kennedy is for, I am likely against. I am stunned by Bush's stand on this issue.
