You want the biggest bang for your buck, So i recommend hitting the candy shop and buying up all the 3 cent candy items... Dont do that, its stupid. Look this is what I would spend 20 bucks on.
First id go buy 10 bucks worth of something green to smoke. Assuming I have a lighter and something to smoke it in.
I would then hit the grocery store and buy some cheap beer. Probably a six pack... Cost 3 dollars.
Now go to pizza hut, sometimes from what I remember wednesday is 5 dollar pizza day 1 large pizza with one topping is 5 dollars.
give the poor guy a 1 dollar tip.
Now on the way home with the smoke, beer, and pizza, take the last dollar and buy a lotto ticket. Heck maybe if you win the lottery you can repeat this process on a grand scale.

Don't spend it. Keep it with you and add some amount frequently to the same. And probably after some time you can buy a private jet or really some thing that big.

You could spend it on a water slide or a pet. You could also save it and spend it on an awesome b-day party. Or just spend it on food for your family of pets!!!!

For me, Id say, go get a Arizona Iced Tea, a Rodeo burger at Burger King, crap make that 2. A Almond Snickers bar, other than that, id waste it on crap I find on craigslist like cds and dvds... etc.. hehe

I would buy a good cheep bottle of wine, a really cheezy romance book and perhaps some chocolates and get into a nice warm bath and read, and get totally lit...lol..
For a guy....I agree with the other dude, get a hooker -winks-

CANDY!!! or you could always put it in your bank acount but i think you should spend it on CANDY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it is the best thing to do when you have 20 bucks
