I do not use them, I hang around until some guy uses a line then I turn to her and say something like: "how do you like that dufus with that old line"- there - I'm in the conversation.

I guess it's not a pick up line though because i was already talkin to her for a little. It worked though. She didn't even have any gum and didn't care about my beer breath.
