What do you want her to do? come up to you, make most of the convo, get YOUR phone # then ask YOU out for a date. Well guess what --- not going to happen..... find some courage and confidence somewhere, learn some opening lines and go up to her and make your presentation...if you do well, you may get her, if not use the lessons learned for your next approach to someone else.

Ask her what she's doing over the summer. Ask her if she wants to hang out if she gets bored. Movies are good if you're shy, then have dessert after or something. Ask her for her number. Give her yours too, maybe she'll surprise you and call you first! You don't need to tell her you like her, just get her number so you can call her up this summer. She will be flattered either way so don't worry. Don't think about it. Just do it!!! You'll regret it all summer if you don't :(

Take a chance and tell her! If you just can't, then write her a note but be creative. Use special paper. Give it to her with a yellow rose or just a wild flower. Be creative! Does she like a certain kind of gum or candy? Wrap it and give it to her with the note. Better hurry!!!

as you approach her, put on your sweetest smile, and say: "hi, I've been meaning to tell you this for a long time. and I didn't want another day to go by without you knowing ;" I think you are sooo cute, and I would really like to get to know you better!" "You think we can make that happen?" (one more thing, make sure you are looking and smelling good before approaching her. this is verrry important!)

Get to know her, do something with her over the summer, maybe go to the movies or something...you can go with a group of friends...become friends with her...then ask her out

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AND I AM AFRAID HE/SHE MIGHT NOT LIKE ME. THE ONLY THING THAT YOU NEED IS CONFIDENCE TO TELL HER
