okay at my job we have to come up with a theme for the forth of July, and come up with the decoration, or the attire, and etc. any ideas?????

why don't you try an early american theme, like the Boston Tea Party, or something. Maybe revolutionary war theme, you know, the british are coming type of stuff. The attire as well as decorations could probably be found at thrift stores. I think this would be quite original.
