Immigration is legal. Immigration has been legal for a long time.
It's Illegal immigration that is Illegal.
And no, not everybody is an immigrant. I thought that point was made clear over and over and over. I was born here, I am not an immigrant......................................... what's wrong with some of you out there???? Do you have documentation proving that you were born here and you are indeed an immigrant? If you say you are an immigrant, and you don't have the documents to prove it, then you should deported to. To all those saying immigrants should stick to legal immigration, you should consider the fact that the illegal immigrants often come from very poor surroundings, and that it's difficult and time-consuming to obtain legal immigration, time they might not have while their family is starving. I don't necessarily agree with illegal immigration but the background is something you have to take into consideration. They might be trying to escape persecution in their native country, or war, or poverty, or something of that nature.
