If you're in love, there should be no age limit on expressing it. So if two fifteen year old kids want to get engaged, go for it. But if there is a pressure from a negative factor in the relationship, like a large age difference (23 and 16 for example) the couple is likely in two different stages of life and should wait until they are caught up developmentally and emotionally.

Please tell me that you have a brain in your head and you would never waist your life away while you are still so young. I know you're a teenager, but for the love of God woman, use your brain and stop living in the movies. Go to school. Get an education and a job. Make a nice life for yourself. Be a smart woman.

no. I think that at that age you dont truly know what love is in most cases, and the kind of responsibility that comes with marriage. A piece of advise -- my sister ran off at 15 with some guy and they are still together 15 yrs later but I know she regrets it because she never got to be a teenager she was too busy being a wife and mother

No, because the consequences they'll be facing will be dealt harder at a young age than an older age. Teens should wait a little longer before thinking about marriage.

No too young. You have no idea what you want in life right now. Wait and figure things out. Loves come and go. What is wrong with just being girlfriend and boyfriend. WHy get married soo fast. You have your whole life to do so!

Why not? As long as they love each other. . . and don't just think they do.
But it's probably a bad idea; teens change so much that they could grow out of eachother, so it's probably a better idea to have ties that can more easily be broken.

As long as u r 14 or 14+ ( by the law). But i dont want to think about it for the next 9 yrs. it makes me nervous.

i got engaged at 16 and married at 18. to the person above, i'm 18 now and hubby is 26. we are doin just fine, thank you!

Probably better to wait until that have some ability to earn a decent living before jumping into marriage
