on that model the fuel pump relay has a return timer on it,most likely it is sticking,sometimes they eventually kick off,and then some run on-and on,draining the battery some even over heat and blow a fuse,you,ll need to get it re-placed soon,because it will eventually,burn out,causing either no fuel situation to occur or it will apply too much fuel,which will lead to leaky fuel injectors,so get it looked at soon,it is a dangerous thing if it over-heats,can cause a fire due to its location.

Stuck fuel pump relay. You'll need to have the relay replaced. It will cost about 100 bucks.

A short to power somewhere between your battery and your fuel pump, or (more likely) a faulty ignition switch.
