What do I use to read a cbr file?

CBR as in comic book reader files right?

has a file for it.

I ussually rename the file to RAR and unzip, its longer and really doesn't do any benefits, but that's another method to open the files.

Yahoo search "cbr readers" and a bunch more utilities come up.

try google to find one. microsoft also has a list on their web site.
