Pineapple. Roll in into slices of ham. I know it sounds crazy but my boyfriend love it with Doritos(you can even use the Baked Lays for a healthier option). Pretty much all fruit.

I work in a deli. We add a variety of fresh chopped vegetables to make cottage cheese salad. There is also a recipe called cheese in a cloud. You stir together dry orange jello, coolwhip, Mandarin oranges and crushed pineapple. I also love fresh pineapple and cottage cheese.

It's also good on a cooked hamburger patty (or turkey burger if you choose) seasoned with taco seasoning....and then add the lettuce and tomatoes! YUMMY!

Sometimes green onion, tomato, black olives, and a little black pepper or Chilito. Mix it all together and put it in a lettuce cup.

Sometimes with fruit either peaches or fruit cocktail.

Peaches, pineapple, chives. Used as a topping for baked potatoes, a substitute for ricotta cheese, in sandwich spreads.

I love to add some chopped cucumber, fresh mint and ground black pepper, and top with plain yogurt (bulgarian). It's really good for breakfast in the summer.
