is that how you really type or are you just making typos??
I'm assuming what you wanted to say is "how do I take care of my hair when it's hot?"
Well then here's my answer:

Use a heat protection spray, especially if you straighten or curl your hair.
If your hair is curly, use some curl defining mousse.
If it's straight, use a little hairspray.

Don't touch it too much, that's what makes it mess up.
Use some frizz serum on your hair to keep it from getting frizzed up. John Frieda products work really well.
Don't wash and condition every day. You can take a SHOWER every day, but just wash your hair every other day. On the days you don't wash just tie it up so it doesn't get wet.

Hope I helped. Adios.
