I am not sure if this guy i am interested in dating likes me. I actually met him like a week after he gave a conference at one of my meetings, i didnt know him yet so i didnt bother to talk to him, but i was introduced to him like a week later and he remembers that i walked in late and what i was wearing. I have also noticed that he kind of wants me to notice him but then he wont talk to me, and Like a month ago i was talking to him about how wenever ended up hanging out with our common friend, and he gave me his number for me to call him... and hang out but i dont know if its because he likes me or just wants to be friends... Help please!!

As one of Jehovah's Witnesses (as you identified yourself in another question) you know what "hangin' out" can lead to. Why not just plan to share in the ministry together? Also spending time with him and other Christians from your congregation in group outings and fun get-togethers is a great way to get to know someone, then you can decide whether you really want to start dating. If he likes you (and the attraction is mutual) it will be quite obvious after a short while.

Well if he gave you his number, then call him. If he doesnt junp at the chance or gives some excuse as to why he cant go out then you should consider it your answer that he is not interested in you and has his eye on someone else already.
