me and my girlfriend just broke up and im trying not to call her but i miss her alot and want to give her her space am i doing the right thing its been a 3 year relationship

thats a hard one okay i have been through it so many times and the urge to not pick up the phone is hard.what was the reason you and her broke up?she needed her space,3 years is along time but sometimes people grow apart it happens.this guy i was seeing we broke up and its been 8 months and i still want to call him its hard.i waited for him to call me but he did'nt.just wait and see if she calls you most of the time if you don't call she will wonder why and she will call you .just give it time.if she don't call move on it will take some time but you will get through it good luck

have a night out with the boys and meet some new girls, it will take your mind off her and make you realize that shes not the only girl in the world. It worked wonders for me, I went out got drunk ( not recommended) and went to a club, I got so much attention from the guys that it made me take my mind off my 3 year relationship for a few hours and helped me through the next few days because I realized there were others interested out there.

I'm going through the same thing. I have not talked to my X for 3 weeks. I choose not to call her because it will just make the break up even harder. However, she may be testing your love for her, so the only way you will know is with time.

call her once.. just to see if maybe she may be wanting to talk to you too but thinking the same thing you are..and tell her how you are feeling and let her know you are only calling the one time and if she would like to talk b/c you would really like to talk to her you will await her to call you back.. you love her so you let her go if she comes back then shes yours forever if she doesn't call then you've gotta let it go and move on.. you called so you will get that off your mind.. just do it but remember only once you don't wanna bog her down with phone calls and seem desperate.

id say lose her number if you really don't want to be wit her ,but if you still want her tell her ur sorry,sometimes all you have to do is admit you was wrong and she'll 4 get it ever happend,
