okay first i like him but then again i don't because he's always saying something stupid but then his face is so innocent and i just fall for his cute face but sometimes i hear that he tries to holla at girls he's very nice but...i don't know if i should like him because one minute he'sa always around me the next mintue he's all over another girl and last fiday he was looking through my jesse mccartney folder ans showed it to this girl and the girl was like do you like her? and he was like no and then the girl was like do you swear? and he was like yeah i don't like her but then again he tries to get to know me not in a friendly way but in a boyfreind girlfriend way.......but i also hear dhe has a g/f so should i like him or stop liking him because i go through this everytime i have a crush......so please help me out here

you identify first on what is really your feeling towards him.. if you like him then go on..regarding his actuations some guys would make fool on you if they like you or do things that would make you feel jealous..in that way also they will discover they're feelings for you.

Well lets look at the situation here, you have a crush on some boy, you don't know if he likes you or not, and he has a girlfriend already.
So what do you have, nothing, but a crush on some almost cute guy. At your age, crushes come and go, and often don't last long. We all go trhough them. If you give up this crush, you won't be losing anything, because you never had anything.
:Look around, maybe there is some other cute guy, who doesn't mess with you, and doesnt' have a girlfriend.
Work on him, practice your flirting techniques. You may be surprised at how well you do.
