The bible states "one who is misleading the entire inhabited earth" Rev. 12:9 is the one "who is blinding the unbelievers" who keeps "transforming himself in an angel of light". No, today people who claim to have "power" are not real. They were back in the bible days, but why not now? Because, Paul stated that they would cease once it was established who Jesus was. (I'm not sure if I said the right reason right now, I'm too tired to find the scripture for you, however please go to the source listed below).

No but if the person wants to be fooled by someone's "powers" they will believe it.
Many people use this fact to jip people off and make money.
