Go for a mix. Wear it wavy a couple days and then straight a couple.
Tell your boyfriend that he shouldn't get upset over the way you wear your hair and to like you for who you ARE, not the texture of your hair.
I think that if it's that important to him that your hair stays straight, than he's not worth dating. Your look should be up to you, not your boyfriend. Sure he can express his own opinion, but seriously, if he goes to far with it, tell him you like his hair BALD.

Tell him it's your hair, and you'll do what you want with it. In the nicest possible way of course.
Maybe you could wear it straight for a special occasion, like his birthday?
Assuming you're naturally wavy, you should probably just leave it alone anyway. Straightening and/or blow-drying constantly will damage your hair. Make sure you use heat-protection spray if you do use a heated appliance. I recommend Toni and Guy.

don't think this kind of things, there are very big problems in the world. you are lucky you have hair, millions of people don't have. some people can not find food to eat, people are killing dieing from the wars every day. are you sure it is too important strait or wavy?

It is cool to mix it up a little. Where it wavy and straight. But be careful you always trying to please him. If he wants to be with you for the long haul it not bout hair. It is bout you… If you feel good wavy then you will look and feel great!

Rock the waves girl!!! Do what makes you happy, he should want you to look the way that makes you feel the best. Its okay to switch it up sometime, but you shouldn't wear your hair a certain way for a guy.

well, any normal person would just think of the solution to do both! oh em gee, you mean i can wear my hair straight one day and wavy the next all while using feminine hair care products?!?!

Make it wavy. It's your hair. If he doesn't like it tell him to suck it down or get a Barbie doll from Toys 'R' Us. You're not his play thing.

personally my boyfriend loves my hair curly so when i straighten it he's like "i love it when you keep it curly" so i've been keeping it curly....and its alot less work that way.....but i do straighten it sometimes. so my advice to you is wear it straight some days and wavy others. its no fun keeping your hair the same way every day.change is always fun.

Its your hair. Maybe wear wigs at key times for 5 or ten minutes once in awhile. Does he like you or your hair more?

mix it up, wear it straight, wear it wavy, but the only way you will feel good, if you think you look good, so if u cant decide, always go with what you want.
