if neuter is for boy cats...then yes you can. I had a neighbor who use to do it to stray cats who came into his yard and my parents in laws do it to their cows. You put a rubber band around their testicles....but you should seriously research into more to get the specifics because I know the rubber band makes them fall off but I'm not sure what you do after that is done. So ask a vet or a cattle rancher..........

Yes, if you want to wear it as a hat!!It will tear you up....You won't be able to cont role the bacteria or the bleeding...you will be very embarrassed and handing out alto of money to the Emergency Vet Clinic in your area.....go clip the grass if the urge is that great..lol....

yes if he has balls.do like we do pigs put rubber ban around nuts and wait tell thay fall off it wont hurt him in 2 weeks thay will fall off . it depinds on the animail. i seen ppl do it to dogs and cats pigs and cows. the old timers still do this on there animails.i have never done it but seen it done.
