In the book of Genesis, it is written, "God created man in His own image, in the image of God He created him; male and female He created them.", "... Be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it, and rule over the fish of the sea and over the birds of the sky and every living thing that moves on the earth.. God saw all that He had made, and behold, it was very good." - Did He ever command angels to subdue the earth and have dominion over it? No. Seems to me He put humans over the angels. To prove this, He sent his Son, the Lord Jesus Christ to die on the cross for our sins - "For God so LOVED THE WORLD, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish, but have eternal life." - in addition, we (humans) will judge the angels. In 1 Corinthians, Paul writes, "Do you know that we will judge the angels?" and Peter also writes in 2 Peter, "For if God did not spare angels when they sinned, but cast them into hell and committed them to pits of darkness, reserved for judgement... then the Lord knows how to rescue the godly from temptation, and to keep the unrighteous under punishment for the day of judgment." - Why would perfect angels be cast into hell? - - Yet He LOVED US so much He made a way for us (humans) to escape death in hell and live with Him eternally in heaven. In His presence and love.
Just a note: Paul and Peter were martyred in Rome after writing letters to the Corinthians and to Christians scattered throughout the world.

God created all things the difference being that God spoke everything else into existance (and God said let there be light...)
with humans God molded Man by his very hands.

Well, logically speaking, angels wouldn't NEED caring for so much, if they are the perfect beings they're made out to be...humans, having free will and being imperfectly, er, human, would seem to need more looking after. Everyone likes to be needed, right? :D

Because with humans, he can test us. He can glue metaphorical quarters to the metaphorical sidewalk, and watch us struggle to pick them up. The joke is on you, Christians. You say that evolutionism is an insult to the human race, but what the Bible tells you to believe about humans is far more demeaning. According to the Bible, we are nothing but maggots (Job 25:6).

It doesn't, there wouldn't be any evil in the world if it cared. God doesn't exist and neither do angels.

You have no idea what you just asked. first go read up on angels (all kinds!) and then come back and tell us all why that question makes no sense.

Angles are perfect.
We are hispets. He likes to see what we would do next. Humans have the freedom to choose. Angles do not.
