The Pope doesn't communicate with God, he speaks FOR God.
He is inspired by the holy spirit. God guides him and doesn't lead him into error. He can't speak with God, He is just the Universal Christian leader like Peter was, because he is the successor of Peter.

Jesus is the only mediator between man and God. The pope is a sinner just like me and everyone else and without. The bible said ALL have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God. Not all but a rare few that I will have people appoint according to their opinion of him.
The pope is an idol that people revere more then Jesus. That's no so bueno. The pope doesn't haave any special connection with God making him heard louder then a janitor who daily takes up his cross and walks with Jesus, or a girl who sells beanies in the swap meet to support her family but still tithes to give back to God what he's provided for her.

What the catholics aren't telling you is that you CAN communicate with God on your own. You don't need a pope or priest or anyone else to do it for you.
If you don't have a clue, I would suggest trying a few chapters of the Good Book and praying about it.

Well Im not catholic and i do know that anyone can communicate with God just pray talk to Him like u talk to your friends He'll always listen He's always there no matter what or where u r b/c Hes everywhere. But anyone can talk to God u dont have to be a pope. u can be a 5 yr old or a 105 yr old a guy or a girl it dont matter well i hope i helped!!!

What makes ya think we catholics have a clue? In my opinion, the only reason the catholic church has a pope was to create a goverment out of religion.

The pope is a man, just like every other man. God has made the way to Himself through His Son, not any man, religion, system, or meaningless ritual.

sorry but many of us all do have a clue and much more.
Almost all of todays issues are all covered in the bible, so it is easy to know Gods will on almost all issues if we merely are willing to accept

I disagree with that belief. Reason being, is that Jesus died on the cross so that we could talk to the Father directly through Him.

They don't, the pope doesn't communicate with god. God doesn't exist.
