Today my crush pretend to do something at my department but really he came to see me as a sign that he is interested, it had been going on for a while. Yes, I have feeling for him too and he knows it, but because we are two different people career wise I wanted him to make the approach. It seem that we are having difficultties doing that. I am afraid that we both will eventually give up. Also, I have never feel anything about someone like that before. I probably sound silly but a piece of advice will help.

this guy sounds like he really likes you! good for you! next time he comes just go up to him and ask if he wants to go out for coffee after your shift. whats the worst that could happen? he'll say no? tahts not to bad. but he will prolly say yes. dont wait for him to make the moves. he may be too shy. JUST GO UP TO HIM. belive in urself. take some deep breaths and...take the plunge! YOU WILL REGERET IT IF YOU DONT!!! trust me!

I had a situation just like that, I was crushing on this sweet, quiet guy I met at a coffee shop... eventually a mutual friend hooked us up and we have been dating for 8 months. Except now we're engaged. ;) If he's not biting, maybe he's just too shy.... try asking him out. It's on the unconventional side but you never know til you try.
