His main passions and teachings were about God's Kingdom. He was a preacher, he preached to everyone about His father's Kingdom. He healed many, he even resurrected ones from the dead. Why? To show on a small scale what God's Kingdom will do for mankind in the future. He was given these powers so that man may believe that he was sent by his father and to show us what he will do very soon for us. There's a great book called "The Greatest Teacher That Ever Lived" and it is all about Jesus' teachings and his life, in chronological order. It says exactly what he came to do, to teach us about His father's Kingdom.

I believe Christ's focus was teaching the Kingdom of God and what that meant on earth and in heaven. His method was love. His message was redemption of man from his sins.

Jesus came to turn father away from son, daughter away from mother, brother away from sister, etc. He came to bring, not peace, but a sword. He came to judge the unworthy. And he came to lead the lost sheep of Israel (and only Israel) back to the right path. He actually once almost refused to help a Gentile woman for no reason other than that she was not Jewish. Mathew 15:22-26. Look it up.

I am not sure what I find more intriguing about this question; that it was asked, or that I don't know how to answer.
I would say his focus was God's people - I would define those, (like a previous writer) as the Jews. I would say that focus widened to include the Gentiles, but it started with his own folks. Ultimately, I would say his focus was to shift our focus away from ourselves.

To reach the lost and teach the rest...
He came as the ultimate sacrifice for our sins, so that all would have the opportunity to enter Heaven.
His passions and teachings, as evidenced by His many parables, were about those that don't know Christ coming to know Him, and those that do know Him to get to know Him better.

Showing us the power within ourselves. Not judging folk,, but actually showing LOVE to all.. To end this hate and controlling spirit that we ALL seem to have.... To embrace all of our differences and showing us really how to have HEAVEN ON EARTH....
Also......He showed us
To have a personal relationship with God you can do wonders, miracles, move mountains,,,

Of course, His main focus was to suffer for our sins and die for us. Secondary objectives included establishing His church (even though He knew it would not last) and proclaiming the gospel.

Jesus came to save sinners. He came to die for us. His message was LOVE. Christ loves you so much that he died for you; in return Jesus expects us to Love God who made us all and love each other as as Christ loves us. I love You!
