I would suggest contacting someone from this organization to provide you dates of home school educators conventions.

I would try to go to shemonline.org for info and, also, sac-online.org. Sac-online.org offers free curriculum to parents that must be returned at the end of the year. I take that back, it's one dollar per book. If this is too far away, see if there is a lending library for homeschooling curriculum near you. GOOD LUCK!

I'd suggest going to look into the HSLDA site, or looking around for missouri/kansas homeschooling sites. That's how I've found a lot of info ,besides ladies in my church. :)

I found one in St. Charles, MO on June 27th and 28th. (CHEF) Don't know how close this is to you, but I hope it helps.

Looks like there WAS one on Apr. 21-22 in N. Kansas City, MO.
