This is weird, but if you had nothing to eat for the rest of your life, opt for cat food because, though flavourless, it has the mix of carbs, proteins, vitamins and minerals in you to keep you alive for a long, long time, plus its packaged in its own juices to prevent you from dying of dehydration.
Since you probably aren't stranded on an isle, you should opt for dark leafy greens, fresh vegetables, lower-sugar fruits like blueberries, lean meats like tilapia (type of fish) or chicken breast, and maybe FiberOne cereal for that grain you need with plenty of fiber (though its not that tasty), and of course healthy fats in moderation, that would be in nuts and cheeses.
