I would go to the vet to make sure the pup is healthy. Then he can tell you all you need to know. Bottle feeding such a young pup is going to be a lot of hard work. It will need feeding every 3 hours or so day and night. It should be able to go to the bathroom on it's own, but seeing you are only guessing the age you may need to help there too. The vet will have the formula the pup needs and the bottles/nipples too. He can also tell you how much to feed. Unless you have a lot of free time you may want to surrender the pup to a no kill shelter. It seems like you are pregnant with a little one from your login so it maybe too much for you. They nurse their mom. If the mom dies, then the pups have to be bottlefed like a baby. They cannot eat dog food until they are older and get their teeth. I misread the question. Whe pups are first born, they seem to eat all the time. They eat, sleep, eat, sleep, eat, sleep. As they get older they eat less often, but take more milk each feeding.

If you're bottle feeding by hand, it is every 2 hours. With mom, every 1-3 hours, depending on sleep cycles of mom and pups.

When my dog had her puppies they ate often. Most of their time is eating, sleeping, and getting cleaned by their mother, which is also her way of getting them to do their business. When their hungry let them eat, mom knows.
