I would think it depends on how well you know them, and how much you like them. If it's just an aquaintence, and based on how much money you have, I'd say anywhere between $25.00 to $50.00. There is a wide variety of household items, that can be bought for that price range.

Just follow the wedding golden rule: If you were slaving your *** off and going through more drama than you ever thought possible to plan an event and giving all of your guests a great/free party, what would you want guests to spend on your wedding gift? Also, unless you know the person really well and are sure that they would like the gift you personally choose, stick to the registry or cash!

A close co workre $100-$150 if its a boss always more $200 any old worker go get a nice picture frame from fortunoff and call it a gift

Call me cheap but a coworker only maybe 30 bucks, if they are a friend as well 50 tops.

If they are a coffee buddy and you're bringing a date/spouse then I would say at least $100. If they are an aquaintence and you just happened to get invited, then maybe $60.

It depends how close you are to that person. Just plain co-worker, I'd say $40. If it someone you're close with $60, but if he/she really a friend, $100.
