My feet started swelling & eventually my hands.
In the middle of January I flew to Georgia & the next morning when I woke up both of my big toe's hurt like crazy. When I looked at them I noticed both of my toenails were black & blue..I lost both toenails shortly after.. I had went to my Dr. repeatedly through this & he would check my Vitamin levels (they always came back normal) & he could not understand why this was happening, so he would just keep adding Vitamins to my daily intake & now I am taking 24 Vitamins a day. About 1 1/2 months ago my feet pretty much stopped swelling ( occassionally still do) but my hands have never stopped..Now my big issue is that when the swelling in my feet stopped, I started to notice when I would stand up that my feet were starting to discolor..at first it was a little bit, now they turn such a dark purple that they are almost black..right after this started my hands (from the wrist to my fingertips) would start to feel very tight, turn bright red && the veins would start to severely pop out, it has now started in my feet. I went to my Dr. & I had him check my Iron level, my Blood Pressure, Blood Sugar & do another Vitamin count & a series of Thyroid tests...Everything came back normal. So 2 weeks ago I had a Vascular Doppler from my belly button down to my toes, The test came back completly normal..

Consult a different doctor, or demand your primary care doctor refer you to a specialist.

It's quite early but it's normal. Try the following: * Avoid salty foods, the lesser salt, the better. *For your swollen feet, walk as much as you can. It helps. *For swollen hands, try flexing them over and over (I know it hurts but it helps). *When sleeping, be sure your feet is higher than your head. Put some pillows under your knees and feet. It will help reduce the swelling. *Drink lots and lots of water. *When sleeping, avoid a one-sided position.(Why?Sometimes you'll notice the other leg is bigger than it's partner.) *Find some time to soak your feet in lukewarm water with salt. Use a basin or a small pail.Anything that can accommodate your feet. *For your hands (hands and feet are usually very swollen upon waking up in the morning) do the same thing. Maybe 15-20 minutes. *Ask your gynecologist for other remedies. Don't say I just made these up because I did all these things and they helped. These will not totally make your swollen feet go back to normal but at least they will lessen. Try asking help from your mom or others. The swelling will get bigger as the months go by.Some women though are very lucky. They get swollen 3 or 2 months before their due date. Don't worry my dear, it's normal. Just avoid too much salt. Trust me.

I am an alternative medicinal therapist and an ex nurse. If I were you I would go and see an acupressure therapist and an iridologist. The iridologist will tell you where the problem lies.

This sounds serious and it's not a surprise that the doctors haven't found anything wrong with you. I would get another opinion on this.

not a dr... but this sure sounds like a circulation issue, since it's happening in your extremities. not to diss your dr, but maybe see a different one?
