his mother is not being worshiped as an idol!! That drives me absolutley insane when ignorant people such as yourself say that!!!! I admit that there are people who worship Mary or some of the saints but that is not necessarily true 4 everyone! Jesus THE MESSIAH is the only one to be worshiped. Asking Mary or any of the other saints to pray for you is no different than asking a friend or a pastor to pray for you. And what better people to ask then Jesus's mother and/or the saints? for they are righteous people!!! They are not being worshiped just honored so get the difference through your thick head!!!! and as for THE MESSIAH JESUS IS THE MESSIAH! Repent and believe in the Gospel. Jesus loves you. Read the bible and live for Jesus and you will see for yourself. I will pray for you.

Jesus Christ finished the job the first time, he died for our sins. However, He will be back to claim the ones who have accepted Him and followed His teachings. Jesus Christ is not in the tomb, He was put in the tomb but He rose in a victory over death. I would hope that you come to an understanding of the plan of Salvation because when Jesus does come back the ones that he can't claim will spend eternity in hell.
Jesus died for us, rose from the tomb for us and will be back for us to spend eternity with Him in heaven.
Jesus loves you and I pray that you will come to know Him as your Savior.

He finished what he came here for. Without his death we would have no chance to go to heaven.Jesus is the Messiah, he rouse from the dead and will come back. You are talking about the world? If you read the bible than you will know that Jesus talked about these times and that they have to come to pass.
You will see one day and then you'll know that it is too late. I hope you'll get to know him as your personal Savior and your Lord. Before your chance is up and you realise what mistake you made. Like it say in Revelation: " Every knee shall bow, that will include you too, if you like it or noT

No need to be angry about it!
Messiah literally translates into "teacher", which is what Jesus was.
Yes, he would be quite disturbed that people worship him like an idol, although most Christians believe he's God, so that's how they get around that.
I believe in letting others believe in whatever they want to, even if its wrong. Then again, who are we to say what's wrong when it comes to belief systems?

Well, you started out pretty good, but then it kind of wandered off.
Your point (in my opinion) is accurate.
Jesus, being a good Jewish guy who followed the tenants of Torah, would have been opposed to idol worship (see the 2nd Commandment).
Frankly, I'm surprised a lot more people don't come to the same conclusion as you have.

You got problems! Jesus is alive and left that tomb long ago. When He comes back you will definitely think twice about what you posted/asked on Yahoo answers.

What are you asking for? Seems like you have it all figured out. It's a shame God didn't make you his right hand man. Instead, he sent his son, Jesus, to die as an atonement for our sins. Even for pagans like you. I hope you have a change of heart.
