This may sound a bit hard but you can try. Cannot have more that 3 rounds normally.
With a 30 ml Bacardi, take some Soda as much you wish with some water mixed and then before adding it to Bacardi take one or may be half a Green Chile chopped with some salt and pepper(optional).
Mix all serve it chill. Have it with the fizz it would taste great.
Better have some butter milk before you go to sleep.

Booze has no fat and most mixers don't either. The problem is the alcohol gets turned into sugars in the body and most mixers have a lot of sugar and that includes fruit juices. A glass of Orange juice has almost as much sugar as a glass of Coke. Sugar has lots of calories and the more calories you take in and don't burn off the more weigfht you will gain. And Diet soda tastes like crap.
So develop a taste for Scotch and Water or Club Soda. But in the end all booze is fattening.

Ummm, Coke & Diet Coke have no fat. You can mix rum with pineapple juice and it's not too bad. Better with a spiced rum, though. Any exotic juice would also be a good idea, or a nectar of some sort.

theres this new juice out (i think its ocean spray) its a light white cranberry juice. It has next to no sugar or carbs, and its delicious (Its not a harsh cranberry taste, it kind of tastes like strawberries) With Bacardi and a fresh strawberry in the glass, its my new favorite drink.

Lime juice (fresh or a little cordial/squirt from a jif) in soda or carbonated spring water. Less sweet and cloying than pineapple, as the rum has sugars in it too.
BTW rum itself is a highly sugary spirit. Vodka and slimline cola or tonic is your best bet for diet drinks.

Maybe do fruit smoothies, whatever fruit you have, strawberries are best with a little sugar or honey and a little lemon juice. There is a drink called a rum runner that is good along those lines. Mostly served at bikini contests and in pools in warm places.
