Sure; it's the demon who's being exorcised, not the person. Jesus did it many times.

Most people believe that in order for the exorcism to work, the person must, on some level, believe in the power of the ritual.
Although, quite frankly, I don't really believe in demonic possession...

Yes, just because they don't believe doesn't meant that it isn't happening to them or can be gotten rid of. If you are standing infront of a train even if you don't believe it is there you will still be hit. You don't have to believe in God and he still exists, much like the devil will.

Yes, usually, but the spirits come back as the person has the right to have demons if they want to. The spirits usually leave, but know that once the Christian leaves they are right back in business as usual.

No, its faith. Like you can't do a vodoo curse on someone who doesn't believe. It just doesn't work and makes you look like an intolerant and dumb.
