Your perspective is each date could be a potential mate. His perspective is not exactly the same. ;) See, you can't think with your little head the way guys do.
I don't understand the guys that marry strippers, but I understand the daters.
Do you know strippers that are just working a little until they can find a nice guy and settle down? Stripping is the quickest easiest way to make nice money and it's hard to walk away from.
So you have a guy that is interested in well, strippers and a stripper that is mostly interested in keeping her *night* job and the cash flow. That sounds like it should be happening quite a lot!

Why not date a stripper? That is just her way of making a living. A girl could be checked out anywhere. No she probably isn't walking around in panties and bra but most women are still being looked at in any career. I guess the way I look at is actually a compliment for the guy dating the stripper. Someone else thinks shes hot besides him and that's a compliment to him for someone else to think she is hot. If you have trust then there isn't a reason to be jealous.

Well, I'm not a very jealous person. I've had girlfriends who've seen other guys (and occasionally girls) on the side, and to be frank, I only ask that I be told about them ahead of time. Don't feel like you need to sneak around, dahlin'. (I tend to ad a southern twang to my accent when I'm comforting someone.) So, if I knew she was a stripper, then no, I'd have no problem with it.

guys would date a stripper to score big on sex i guess but there are some who really falls in love with them... its not worth it if guys are only using them but if the guy is in love then... i think that would mean a great thing to the both of them

I wonder the same thing. Especially because a lot of strippers are willing to do more than take off their clothes for a little extra cash. So if they are willing to do this, what makes you think they won't do this for all these other guys.

I would date a male stripper. But I wouldn't get serious with them. I mean I see that as a very low self esteem job.

My brother dated one. He even married her. There was a conflict. You could tell she was not proud of her profession and as well my bro wasn't happy with it either. She got out of it and they are quite happily married. She works in a home for abused and neglected children now...quite the career jump but she is so much happier.
It's kind of a "wet" dream for guys. "Dude I'm dating a stripper" There's an appeal because of the allure of that lifestyle, but they don't see the emptiness, the past hurts that a good majority of the girls carry with them that kind of drive them to that kind of field.
It's sad, they usually drink just to drown out the inner voice of frustration over the fact that all these men want to oggle and to give them money for baring their bodies. So degrading. My brother's wife is a sweet heart but while she was working in that environment she had such a hard shell.
So yeah, it's lame for both parts.

Most guys who date strippers have other girls on the side so it doesn't really matter what the stripper does.

I've dated a number of strippers and it wasn't just about sex.
Sure, they are attractive and get lots of looks, but I'm not the jealous type and it was ok with me.
Most of them were smart and fun and funny.
