It can mean many things. You need to see a doctor.

Not keeping foods and liquids down may SEVERLY mess up your electrolyte balance, along with the water soluable vitamins your body needs every day for good health.

Go, please GO AND SEE A DOCTOR.

First, make sure you are replacing any fluid you are losing. Try drinking Gatorade or another sports drink to assure that you maintain your electrolytes (minerals needed by your body). Then, to stop the diarrhea, buy some Imodium over the counter. If these simple steps don't work, visit your doctor or an urgent care center. You could need an IV to replace fluid if you've lost a lot. Good luck. You have some time to work on your health before the weekend.

You should SEE A DOCTOR. Diarrhea can cause dizziness because of the dehydration.
