I cannot connect with Disney's customer service. They close at 4:30

if you have a early generation dvd player that could be a problem for some players to play dvd's i have a 1st gen. toshiba & it has problems playing dinosaur (another disney dvd) if so just upgrade your dvd player but don't throw away your current player it may still come in handy

I've had problems with disney movies too, I had a Apex DVD player. Solution was just buying a newer better DVD.

some dvd players have what is known as regional settings u might have a dvd player that has these such settings or the disc is setup this way

If you purchased it online or on the street it may have a code which will only allow it to be played in certain countries.
