Most " lean" products are full of sodium and can also be high in many forms of sugars ie: lactose, glucose, fruitcose, etc.

I don't think they are healthy, just not as bad some other stuff you could be eating (like original Hot Pockets).

No. Everything in it is processed and frozen dinners have so much sodium, which retains water, making you feel bloated if you eat too much of it. When I first started losing weight and working out I ate frozen dinners a lot--big mistake. Constantly felt bloated, not to mention it's way too expensive for something full of fake foods and sodium.
