Expensive or Inexpensive?

Expensive: Fresh Fruit Kabobs with a Fruit Dip

Inexpensive: Brownies, Cookies, Cupcakes

Inexpensive: Buy some dried apricots and twisted pretzels. Melt chocolate chips and dip half of each apricot in the chocolate and do the same to half of each pretzel. If it's hot outside line an oblong cake pan with ice and put a cookie sheet with the apricots and pretzels on the cookie sheet over the ice tray to keep them cool.

Cupcakes made in ice cream cones are always a big hit with the kids! And you don't have to pick up the wrappers when they are done. Just fill the cake type cones 1/2 - 2/3 of the way with cake batter and bake as directed. Usually the recipe is on the box of cones. Check out www.familyfun.com for decorating ideas. Or you could just front them with dark pink frosting and add mini chocolate chips (looks like watermelon) or just make them fun summer colors. Who doesn't like cake?

Well its summer and I think a low fat, cool dessert is best. I recommend a "yogurt chill pie"

You take a container of lite cool whip and put it in a mixer add a 16 oz container of your favorite fruit yogurt, whip them together and pour into a sweet cracker pie crust, chill in freezer for about an hour. then slice and serve, its quick and easy and most of all, yummy.

I love making mini cheesecakes in muffin papers. Mm! They are pretty and very yummy! Not everyone is a cheesecake fan, so you might want to go the chocolate route. :) I have found that brownies with caramel and pecans are a great hit! Have fun and good luck! :)

I know this is not a dating site, but in case you won't get a good recipe, I would love to enter a 'dessert fight'.
