I am looking for a way to increase my energy but naturally. Those energy drinks do not work for me. I know that there is ginsang and ginko biloba. I forgot which one is for which thing. Also if you have any other ideas for increasing energy. Please help. Thank you.

Ephedra... Bad stuff, I think, seems to work for some people. I wish i KNEW a 'cure' for fatigue, having Rheumatoid Arthritis and Fibromyalgia, the fatigue is the worse of the 2 evils.. Pain and fatigue. Ugh. Can deal with the pain better than the tired. Good luck.

you could try cabs but then the Adkins people would attack you. I heard that Budweiser was coming out with a natural alcoholic energy drink. A depressant and a stimulant in the same bottle? ingenious!

Ginseng is the most common. B12 or any B Complex wouldn't hurt either.
