Find the person who did it and then stab them back, find something really juicy about them and let everyone know. If it is a job related stabbing then just make sure in future your back is covered by a friend, always attack from the front but be sure of your facts, remind the person that you have to be careful whos **** you kick on the way up, as you may have to kiss it on the way back down.

Don't pull it out, this will cause bleeding, hospital needed really, but if not lots of material on the wound with pressure to stop the bleeding and help the clotting.
Hospital is better though. Really.

ahh..i saw this in CSI so find a door and crack it open and on the hinge part wedge the handle of the knife in then close the door as far as you can so basically it is holding the knife in place then walk forward and hopefully it will come out! Good Luck!

lol just look at all the idiots who are taking this seriously, like they don't know its a trick question
is it along the lines of betrayal? e.g. there is no knife...someone 'stabbed you in the back' metaphorically? or have i got the wrong end of the stick here?

If it is in your back,how do you know it's a knife?If you can see it ,you can probably reach it with your hand. Of course, also depends on how deep it is in you.
